Consistent, year-round work Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Shop Service Technician - Paving Equipment, you'll work on specialized machines to ensure they are operating reliably and performing at a high level: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Repair, rebuild, and maintain paving equipment and components
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machine components
Test equipment to verify proper operation
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Stay current with evolving tools, systems, and technology
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals Qualifications What You Bring 2+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience
(or Diesel/Technical degree)
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Experience with paving equipment (preferred, not required)
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation)
