Temp to Hire Our technicians install, maintain and support IT, communications systems and robotics systems on our customers sites. This role involves working on electrical and electronics systems on heavy mobile equipment and high sites on mine sites around Elko, NV, with occasional travel to other sites in the USA. Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain 5G network and other electronic hardware on high sites, underground and on heavy mobile equipment
- Assemble and commission cell on wheels trailers, electronic components, electrical panels in our Elko shop
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with maintenance schedules and OEM recommendations.
- Respond to unplanned breakdowns and equipment failures in a timely and safe manner.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams to resolve cross-disciplinary issues.
- Work with customers and partners to deliver automation projects on site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements
- Provide own tools
- Previous experience in IT, networking, instrumentation, DC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Mining experience is preferred.
- Working at heights preferred.
- MSHA preferred. Pay and benefits
- $30
- 80 hours paid PTO per year worked
- 10 paid holidays per year
- 401 K (100% of your contributions up to 3% of your salary, then 50% of the next 2% of your salary), eligible after 6 months of employment.
- Medical insurance (80% of your contributions, 25% of your dependents contributions), eligible immediately on full-time employment.
