About Us:
M3 Mobile Maintenance, LLC is a mobile mechanic service in Nevada and Utah. We specialize in on-site repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, and machinery. We pride ourselves on grit, integrity, and getting the job done right the first time. We're looking for a seasoned heavy equipment mechanic who knows their way around diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the field. If you can work independently, diagnose issues fast, and deliver top-quality work under pressure—we want you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, backhoes, etc.) Mobile/on-site service calls throughout the Reno/Sparks and Northern Nevada area and Utah. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Maintain accurate service records and reports Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch Operate company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems Must have own tools (specialty tools provided if needed) Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
