If you have experience in forklift, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment repair, this field-based role offers the perfect change of pace to utilize your diagnostic expertise across complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

$3,000 Sign-on bonus $23hr to $38hr based on experience and certifications Take-home service truck (Company vehicle + fuel card provided) No nights and weekends Full benefits package: PTO, medical, dental, vision, & 401(k) with match Commission opportunities for service work and upselling parts/equipment What you'll do: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems directly at customer locations Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to keep local businesses running Hit the road across your assigned territory—no getting stuck in the same shop every day Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and up to solid operating standards Log your service work accurately via mobile dispatch and communicate updates clearly What you'll need: 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel trucks, or auto mechanics looking to transition to heavy equipment Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety-first mindset on the job Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate the company service truck Phlhjfo9S4
