What You'll Be Doing Inspect, diagnose, and repair mobile equipment to maximize safety, reliability, and performance. Perform preventive maintenance on heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime. Complete maintenance records and communicate equipment status with operations teams. Maintain a safe, clean work area while following all company and regulatory safety standards. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair heavy mobile equipment and related systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel-powered equipment. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to maintenance best practices. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently or as part of a team. Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach to supporting operations. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
