In this safety-first, on-site role, you will inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems on loaders, haul trucks, and excavators to ensure safe, reliable production. You'll perform preventive maintenance, complete detailed service records, and collaborate closely with operations and safety teams. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair mobile mining equipment, including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks on all assigned equipment Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and diesel engine issues using diagnostic tools Document work performed, parts used, and equipment condition in maintenance systems Collaborate with operations and safety teams to minimize downtime and support safe production Follow all company, OSHA, and MSHA safety policies, procedures, and best practices Assist in planning repairs, ordering parts, and improving reliability of critical equipment Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced technicians Required Skills Heavy equipment maintenance Hydraulic systems repair Diesel engine diagnostics Electrical systems troubleshooting Welding and fabrication Preventive maintenance planning Equipment inspection and documentation Use of diagnostic tools and software Reading technical manuals and schematics Safety and
