The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Perform routine maintenance and major repairs on heavy equipment. Inspect and service diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems. Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance (loaders, dozers, crushers, conveyors') Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and powertrain components. Proficient with diagnostic tools, welding, and fabrication. Valid drivers license. Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in various conditions Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
