Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time Heavy Construction Equipment Technician for the Utica Branch.

A successful candidate:

Diagnose, repair, and overhaul heavy diesel trucks and construction equipment such as backhoes, grader, wheel loaders, skid steers, etc. Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufactures' specifications. Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating, on equipment and vehicles. Weld or solder broken parts and structural members, using electric or gas welders and soldering tools. Adjust, maintain, and repair or replace sub-assemblies such as transmission and crawler heads using hand tools, jacks, and cranes. Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in the field.
