In person About Peak Hair Restoration Peak Hair Restoration is a rapidly growing, physician-led hair restoration clinic in Manhattan. We specialize in manual FUE procedures and are committed to natural-looking results, careful donor management, excellent graft survival, and outstanding patient care. We are seeking an experienced Manual FUE Hair Transplant Technician to support our medical team on scheduled procedure days. Position Summary The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing manual FUE extractions, graft implantation, or both. Candidates with expertise in either area will be considered, while experience in both extraction and implantation is strongly preferred. This position requires technical precision, excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent graft quality during long procedures. Responsibilities Assist the physician and clinical team during manual FUE procedures Perform manual FUE extraction or graft implantation according to experience and under required physician supervision Prepare, inspect, sort, count, and preserve follicular-unit grafts Maintain proper graft hydration, temperature, and storage Assist with graft trimming and preparation Load implanter pens and organize grafts according to the treatment plan Maintain accurate graft counts and procedure documentation Prepare the patient and procedure room Help ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize instruments Follow all infection-control and clinical safety protocols Maintain accuracy and concentration throughout extended procedure days Communicate effectively with physicians and other clinical team members All duties must be performed within the technician's training and the scope permitted by applicable laws and supervision requirements. Qualifications Previous hands-on manual FUE experience is required Experience in extraction, implantation, or both Knowledge of follicular-unit anatomy and hair transplantation techniques Experience with graft preparation, sorting, counting, handling, and preservation Strong technical skills and excellent manual dexterity Exceptional attention to detail Understanding of sterile technique and infection prevention Professional, dependable, organized, and patient-focused Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team Availability for full procedure days in Manhattan Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience in both manual FUE extraction and graft implantation Experience with Sapphire FUE, DHI, or unshaven FUE Experience working with different hair types and textures Medical Assistant or Surgical Technologist certification Current BLS certification Bilingual English and Spanish Professional references from physicians or hair restoration practices

Compensation and Schedule Pay:
