Experienced Mechanic

We are seeking a full-time Experienced Mechanic to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment essential to our operations. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative and routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment Service and adjust small engines, gas engines, diesel trucks, heavy equipment, and snow equipment Maintain and repair landscaping tools and machinery, including lawn mowers, blowers, chain saws, and weed wackers Utilize strong knowledge of motors, hand tools, trailers, and hydraulic systems Provide occasional road service as needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure equipment is safe and operational Qualifications Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with small engines, automotive, diesel trucks, and heavy equipment Strong knowledge of motors, hand tools, trailers, and hydraulics Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment and vehicles Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team Must provide own tools Ability to relocate to Wappingers Falls, NY before starting work (preferred) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Offered compensation: $22/yr - $30/yr Experience and License Requirements Diesel Truck and Heavy Equipment Maintenance General Mechanic Valid Drivers License
