About the Position Join Kenco MHE Solutions, a leader in Material Handling Equipment maintenance and repair. We're seeking an experienced automotive or heavy equipment mechanic to maintain and repair our customer's fleet of forklifts and related equipment at our customer site. If you enjoy hands-on work, independence, and take pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently — this role is for you. Full benefits and steady work with a well-established organization. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and other material handling equipment. Schedule and complete planned maintenance (PMs) while maintaining accurate service records. Inspect and test forklifts and safety systems to ensure OSHA and operational compliance. Use repair manuals, parts diagrams, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engines, transmissions, and hydraulic/electrical systems. Communicate equipment condition and any damage to on-site personnel and the Kenco Parts Manager. Maintain an organized work area and parts inventory. Provide professional customer service at all times while representing Kenco. What You Bring 2-4 years of automotive or heavy equipment mechanic experience (hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting preferred). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. ASE Certification preferred. Must provide own hand tools. Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and safely operate lift trucks.
