Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heavy Duty Truck Frame & Suspension Technician, where your expertise will drive the maintenance, repair, and restoration of heavy-duty truck frames and suspension systems. Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics on heavy-duty truck frames, suspensions, axles, and related components to identify issues accurately. Repair/Replace damaged suspension and axle components Repair, straighten and perform frame corrections from sways, sags, twist and bow Conduct welding repairs using MIG welding techniques, sheet metal fabrication, and automotive structural repair methods to restore vehicle integrity. Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding equipment, and automotive welding machinery to execute repairs with precision. Fabricate custom parts or modify existing components to meet specific repair or restoration requirements. Engage in heavy lifting safely while adhering to all safety protocols during repair processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain high customer service standards. Experience Operate heavy duty frame rack to perform frame corrections Proven experience or extensive background working as a technician specializing in heavy-duty vehicles. Strong MIG welding skills along with expertise in fabrication repair techniques including soldering and sheet metal work. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and welding machinery efficiently and safely. Mechanical experience heavy-duty truck repair is highly desirable suspensions, axles and drive line Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to accurately estimate repairs and communicate effectively with clients. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
