Overview:

Tasks:

Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with equipment Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Check in rental fleet machines for damage or missing items Discuss repairs with customers in person and over the phone Provide over the phone technical assistance Track inventory of products Assist with warehouse responsibilities including receiving and sending pallets Help customers select the right products for specific applications

Qualifications:
