Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment, automotive, and industrial machinery repair. As an Entry Level Mechanic, you will assist experienced technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles and equipment. This position is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in mechanical systems and heavy equipment operation while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Paid training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed and grow professionally. Duties Assist with the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of heavy machinery Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, and fluid checks Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools to repair mechanical systems Read schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle and equipment systems Support the replacement of transmissions, hydraulics, suspension components, shocks & struts, and electrical systems Conduct vehicle maintenance including alignments, air brake systems, HVAC components, and diesel engine repairs Help with equipment assembly and welding tasks to ensure operational safety and efficiency Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Strong interest in heavy equipment operation Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes Willingness to learn automotive diagnostics and electrical system repairs Physical ability to lift heavy components safely and perform manual labor involving heavy lifting This entry-level position provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of vehicle and equipment maintenance.
