Keystone Basement Systems is looking for an experienced Foundation Repair & Structural Repair Foreman to lead residential foundation repair projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with a strong background in foundation repair, structural stabilization, excavation, and heavy equipment operation . The ideal candidate knows how to lead a crew, maintain high standards of workmanship, and safely complete projects that help homeowners protect their most valuable investment. What You'll Do Lead and manage a crew on residential foundation repair, structural repair, and piering projects Operate and oversee heavy equipment used for excavation and pier installation Read project specifications and ensure work is completed according to company standards Train, mentor, and develop crew members while maintaining productivity and safety Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers throughout the installation process Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality Maintain equipment, tools, trucks, and job sites in a clean and organized condition Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards Set the example for professionalism, workmanship, and teamwork on every job What We're Looking For Previous experience in foundation repair, piering, structural stabilization, or related construction Heavy equipment operating experience required — including excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, or similar equipment Proven leadership experience in a construction or skilled-trades environment Strong understanding of job-site safety procedures Ability to read plans, project specifications, and follow installation requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive pay + weekly bonus opportunities Full-time, year-round employment Leadership opportunity with a growing company Paid training and ongoing professional development Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided tools and equipment Opportunities for advancement The opportunity to be part of a 2026 Pittsburgh Top Workplace Preferred Experience Foundation Repair Helical Piers Push Piers Structural Repair Excavation Heavy Equipment Operation Crew Leadership Residential Construction

From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

How many years of foundation repair or piering experience do you have? Do you have experience installing helical piers, push piers, or other foundation stabilization systems? How many years of heavy equipment operating experience do you have? Which pieces of equipment have you operated? Have you previously supervised or led a construction crew? Are you comfortable performing physical labor, working outdoors, and entering crawl spaces or excavation areas when required? Are you able to work overtime when project schedules require it? Do you have experience communicating directly with homeowners or customers on construction projects? Please briefly describe your foundation repair, piering, and heavy equipment experience.
