In this energetic role, you'll troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment used in Car Dealership, Schools, Tire Shops and other settings. Your expertise will ensure that machinery operates smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair equipment including lifts, AC, and other equipment using OEM schematics and technical manuals if needed. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment such as hydraulic system servicing, cables, hoses to keep equipment in optimal condition. Conduct electrical diagnostics on automotive equipment and automotive systems to identify issues with wiring, sensors, or control modules. Operate machinery safely during on-site repairs or testing procedures while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment operation. Use schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems efficiently. Assist customers by providing expert advice on equipment operation to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills Proven service technician experience or schooling with equipment such an AC, Lifts and other automotive equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC systems, schematics and some electrical components. Familiarity with OEM parts catalogs and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs across various brands of automotive equipment/manufacturers. Experience in automotive diagnostics combined with knowledge of maintenance including equipment service, tire changer, alignment, AC as well as being mechanically inclined. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working in diverse environments; comfortable operating heavy equipment when necessary.
