Responsibilities Execute complex field repairs, preventative maintenance, and system updates on mobile bucket trucks with a high level of autonomy. Diagnose intricate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults to restore equipment functionality efficiently. Manage your own service schedule and prioritize tasks in the field to meet regional service level agreements. Maintain precise digital records, including work order documentation, parts procurement, and labor tracking. Provide clear, actionable communication to management regarding equipment status and necessary long-term repairs. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment or hydraulic systems. Strong technical aptitude with Windows-based software and CRM platforms. Ability to maintain a high degree of independent judgment and resourcefulness in remote work environments. Capability to travel extensively throughout the week to support regional service operations. Preferred Skills 2-3 years of specialized experience working with aerial lift or bucket truck systems. Advanced knowledge of electrical diagnostics for heavy-duty machinery.
