Mobile Mechanic (CDL Class A/B Required)
Starting Pay:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic with a CDL Class A or B license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment in field environments.

Key Responsibilities Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment Travel to job sites, breakdown locations, and customer facilities as needed Safely operate a company service truck Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Perform preventative maintenance Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used Communicate effectively with management Adhere to all safety standards and company policies Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, parts, and materials Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic Valid CDL Class A or B license (required) Strong working knowledge of: Diesel engines Brake systems Electrical systems Hydraulics Drivetrain components Ability to work independently in a mobile/field environment Experience with roadside service and emergency repairs preferred Additional Requirements Must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or emergency calls Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
