Communicate with customers and make sound decisions about repair quality, equipment safety, and when additional support is needed. What you'll bring At least three years of hands-on heavy equipment experience. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently at customer sites. Experience reading schematics and using diagnostic tools and technology. A valid driver's license and safe driving record. A high school diploma or equivalent.
