Job Description
Steady Monday-Friday Schedule | Hands-On Mechanical Position | $18/Hour We're seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined team member to join a small motor department. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and taking equipment apart and rebuilding it, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a stable, team-oriented environment. What you'll do: Disassemble small motors and related equipment for inspection and repair Clean, troubleshoot, and replace worn or damaged components Reassemble motors according to specifications and quality standards Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks Maintain an organized and safe work area Assist with testing and verifying proper motor operation What you need: Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools Previous assembly, repair, maintenance, or production experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and detailed procedures Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable attendance and positive teamwork skills Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
