Operator :

Keep rental equipment clean, maintained, inspected, and ready for customer use Work safely around heavy equipment, trailers, and commercial vehicles Wash equipment before and after rentals and complete basic greasing, fueling, and fluid checks Load and properly secure equipment on trailers for delivery and pickup Assist service technicians with routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs Identify and report equipment damage, maintenance needs, and safety concerns Maintain a clean, organized equipment yard, shop, and surrounding work areas Follow all company safety policies and complete additional duties as assigned Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Complete any other related tasks as needed Job Requirements for Equipment Technician /

Operator :

Minimum 1 year of related work experience Previous experience in a shop, equipment yard, construction, or mechanical environment preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working around heavy equipment, trailers, and commercial vehicles Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license required Willing to train the right candidate Ability to frequently climbs stairs, ladders and work in confined spaces Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment If you possess experience and relevant skills, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you.
