In this role, you will support our mechanics in the maintenance and repair of our company trucks. Duties Grease, Lubricate Trucks and Other Internal Combustion Equipment Perform Safety Inspection on Trucks & Equipment Perform Routine Repairs for Supervisor Change & Repair Tires, Light Bulbs, Fan Belts, and other Simple Mechanical Parts Assist Lead Mechanic in Performing Any Repairs Pick Up & Deliver Parts, Supplies and Vehicles Repair Minor Truck Damages Repair Various Grounds Equipment such as Mowers, Tractors & Etc Clean Garage & Dump Trash Perform a Variety of Operations & Maintenance Duties which Involve Working with Combustibles Ability to Perform Related Duties When Assigned Experience Two years of experience Skills to Operate Trucks in a Safe Manner Communicate Effectively Evaluate Schedules Meet Deadlines Plan & Organize Efficiently Knowledge of Vehicle Operation Basic Maintenance Requirements & Driving Codes Understanding of Hard Labor Work Ability to Carry Out Oral & Written Instructions Maintain Order Work Independently Make Common Sense Decisions in Critical Situations Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
