Job Title:

On-Road Mechanic Job Summary:

This role involves performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks to ensure safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. This is primarily a field-based role serving the DFW Metroplex and North Texas, with occasional work at our shop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot Engine Fault Codes, After Treatment Systems issues, Hydraulic issues, and perform repairs. Read schematics for electrical issues, and trouble shoot A/C issues Identify, report, and correct vehicle defects or damage to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years' experience as a mechanic, or equivalent, required. High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Technical Degree, preferred. Valid driver's license, required.
