This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic system issues using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and established repair procedures.
Field Technicians perform the following:
Preventative maintenance Equipment repairs Component replacements Testing and adjustments to each specific equipment Operational verification while maintaining the highest standards of safety Accurately documenting inspections, diagnostics, repairs, parts usage, labor, and service reports Maintaining organized tools and equipment Successful candidates communicate professionally with operators, supervisors, and team members by providing timely updates, repair recommendations, and project status. They demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills while working independently and collaboratively to meet service deadlines and quality expectations. Field Technicians are expected to uphold company values, maintain a clean and professional work environment, and represent Perfect Finish by upholding the following company values: One Team Create Value Quick Action Safety Always Live by Our Words The ideal candidate has experience servicing mechanical equipment, proficiency with diagnostic software and repair tools, and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. A valid driver's license (CDL Preferred), strong attention to detail, the ability to safely lift and handle equipment and parts, and the willingness to travel as needed are required. Candidates should be committed to continuous learning through ongoing technical and safety training while consistently following company policies and industry safety standards and keep and uphold the company values.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
