  • Seeking an experienced diesel mechanic/technician to service and repair CTOS utility trucks and specialty heavy equipment.
  • Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Truck Diesel Mechanic to join our service team. In this role, you will perform full-lifecycle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a diverse fleet of commercial trucks and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and deep technical knowledge of complex vehicle systems, from bumper to bumper.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic software and tools to accurately identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic faults.
  • Chassis & Powertrain Repair:
  • Inspect, repair, and rebuild truck chassis components, steering, suspension, and braking systems.
  • Emissions Systems:
  • Service and repair critical emissions components, with a strong focus on EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems, coolers, and valves.
  • PTO & Hydraulics:
  • Troubleshoot, install, and repair Power Take-Off (PTO) gearboxes and integrated hydraulic systems (pumps, cylinders, valves, and winches).
  • Electrical Systems:
  • Read schematics to diagnose and repair complex 12V/24V electrical circuits, wiring harnesses, starting/charging systems, and electronic control modules.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Valid Driver's Licenses (CDL a plus) Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic working on Class 6,7 or 8 heavy trucks.
High mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to shop safety and compliance. Vocational/Technical school graduates and military veterans with specialized mechanical training are highly encouraged to apply.
