About Us PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. About this opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated skilled trailer mechanics. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America's freight moving forward. Pay and Schedule Sunday - Wednesday 8pm to 6:30am The pay range is $21.00 - $30.00 hour depending on experience. How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers.
- Perform aluminum and steel welding.
- Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trailers.
- Properly document and maintain records of equipment.
- Replace trailer panels and sheet metal.
- Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers. What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
- Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience.
- Repair brake system and axels on trailers.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Own basic tools.
