RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing PM and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, booms, electrical systems (including troubleshooting onboard computer systems), hydraulic systems (booms, outriggers, pumps), brakes, and other basic components. Must have the ability to work on hydraulic and conventional cranes, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and miscellaneous equipment. Must work well and communicate effectively with operators and other mechanics. Creative thinking skills to make continuous improvements. Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system. Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access. Other duties as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications:
Communication skills Crane maintenance experience preferred Prior knowledge of cranes, semi-trucks, trailers, and pickups. Minimum 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, or industrial maintenance technician (crane-specific experience preferred). Factory technical training required. EPIC/CCS, IC-1, LICCON, etc. Preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with proven skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and welding/fabrication. Ability to read and interpret service / parts manuals, schematics, and technical manuals. Valid CDL with a clean driving record. Willingness to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and occasional overtime/weekend calls. Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
