Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanic specializing in Pulling Units to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting pulling units and related heavy equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet, supporting our commitment to excellence in service. Duties Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on pulling units and heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues accurately Conduct repairs on transmissions, hydraulic systems, air brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems for various vehicle types Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently Perform routine equipment maintenance including tire service, shocks & struts replacement, alignment adjustments, and general vehicle upkeep Troubleshoot automotive electrical systems and mechanical systems to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency Assist with fabrication tasks when necessary and ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications Qualifications Proven experience working as a heavy equipment mechanic or automotive technician with an industrial background Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, HVAC systems, and electrical systems Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for complex machinery repair Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices Experience with heavy truck repair including air brake systems and vehicle alignment procedures Knowledge of machinery, industrial equipment, tractor-trailers, and automotive diagnostics is preferred Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Must supply your own tools necessary to perform the job successfully Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values expertise and strives for excellence in every repair. Pay:

$27.84 - $33.53 per hour
