Overview Join our dynamic team as an Ag and Construction Equipment Mechanic, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy machinery and agricultural equipment. Your expertise will directly impact the productivity of construction projects, farming operations, and industrial activities, making a tangible difference every day. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. •Needing shop mechanics and field techs. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of construction machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. Conduct preventive maintenance routines on farm machinery, industrial equipment, and heavy construction vehicles to maximize uptime. Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, suspension components, and HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to repair or modify equipment as needed. Service and repair diesel engines, air brakes, tires, and perform alignments to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and follow OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications for repairs Operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance procedures to facilitate repairs or inspections. Experience Proven mechanic experience with heavy equipment servicing in dealership or industrial settings. Strong background in construction machinery maintenance including excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, and other farm or industrial machinery. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, automotive diagnostics, hydraulic troubleshooting, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with schematics for electrical systems and mechanical components is essential. Knowledge of OEM standards and safety protocols for heavy equipment operation is required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members. Embark on a career where your mechanical expertise drives success!
