About us Caliper Energy Services is a small business in Snyder, TX. We are professional, demanding and collaborative.

On-the-job training Company perks Safe work environment Our heavy construction equipment mechanic position is available to individuals with a passion for working outside and experience in heavy machinery. The successful candidate for this position will be skilled in the repair of loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, telehandlers and graders. This role requires someone who is physically fit and capable of performing the duties of the job in all weather conditions. This is a lead-level position — you'll split time between shop repairs and field service calls.
Responsibilities:
Repair heavy machinery. Repair Semi-Trucks. Help oversee the entire fleet. Travel to job sites for field repairs as needed. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment technician/mechanic Strong hands-on experience with hydraulic systems Own set of hand tools Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Willing to travel to job sites when needed
Preferred:
Experience with Pipeline Construction Equipment Prior experience mentoring or leading other technicians

Full-time Pay:
$24.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 65.0 per week
