We're looking for an experienced Hydraulic Equipment Operator to support daily operations by safely running and maintaining hydraulic machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on every job. Responsibilities Operate hydraulic-powered equipment in a safe and efficient manner Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functionality Identify and report mechanical issues or system malfunctions Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance Follow job site plans, instructions, and safety regulations Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Hydraulic Operator or similar role Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
