In this fast-paced role, you will be the first responder for drivers in need, delivering prompt, professional, and reliable roadside support. Your expertise will help ensure drivers get back on the road quickly and safely, making a real difference in their day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, demonstrate your mechanical skills, and deliver outstanding customer service in a high-energy environment. Responsibilities Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls and assess vehicle issues on-site Perform Tire Change, Jumpstarts, Lockouts, Fuel Deliveries Use hand tools, 2 ton jack, jumpstart kits eg. cables, Lock out kits, Fuel Container Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all repair procedures and manual handling activities Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job Requirements Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently in outdoor environments Knowledge of safety regulations related to roadside repairs and mechanical work Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Urgent Technician needed in: Phenix City AL Baton Rouge Chattanooga Tyler Nashville KnoxvilleJoin us as a Roadside Technician if you're passionate about mechanics, thrive under pressure, and want to make a tangible impact by helping drivers get back on the road quickly.
