RPM Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Technician in Whitesboro, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and upkeep of various types of heavy equipment used in daily operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment, including but not limited to compactors, bulldozers, track loaders, articulated haul trucks, tractors, water pumps, and excavators. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and transmission issues. Ensure all equipment operates at peak performance and in compliance with safety standards. Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, water trucks, compactors, motor graders, loaders, and dump trucks when required. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend service life. Fuel, grease, pressure wash, and clean all equipment as part of regular upkeep. Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs. Follow all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support department and site operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments. IND#1

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
