Summary As a Crew Member at Signature Striping Solutions, you will play a vital role in our mission to beautify urban parking lots. Located in the United States, this position involves operating heavy equipment and contributing to various construction projects that enhance the community. Responsibilities Travel to jobs out of state to help on site with parking lot striping and signs. Operate and maintain heavy equipment, trailers, & forklift safely and efficiently. Assist in construction tasks such as striping, building, and site preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisors promptly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction operations. Requirements Willing to travel out of state for jobs as needed. Willing to work 10 hours a day 40 hours a week on your feet. Experience operating heavy equipment is required. Basic knowledge of construction site operations is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment.
