Job Description
Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Monday-Friday We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable schedule and the chance to work on a variety of heavy equipment and diesel-powered machinery. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full-time position Overtime opportunities available Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on heavy equipment and diesel engines Perform preventative maintenance and routine service Repair and maintain cranes, excavators, dozers, trucks, and other heavy equipment Complete work orders and maintenance documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with occasional emergency field repairs when needed Requirements Minimum 1 years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and safely Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in various weather conditions Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Trade school or technical training ASE certifications DOT and FMCSA knowledge State inspection license CDL A or CDL B license What We Offer Stable Monday-Friday schedule Long-term career opportunity Variety of equipment to work on Team-oriented work environment
