Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Remodeling Contractor to oversee and execute residential and commercial remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment, assisting with leveling and moving mobile homes, and managing various aspects of renovation work. This role requires travel to different job sites, including overnight stays, to ensure project completion on schedule and to high standards. The Remodeling Contractor will play a key role in transforming spaces while maintaining safety and quality throughout each project. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist in leveling, moving, or positioning mobile homes or other large structures. Assist in the preparation of job sites, including demolition, cleanup, and setup for renovation activities. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Travel to various job sites as needed, including overnight stays. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations. Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory to ensure availability for each phase of the project. Ensure quality standards are met throughout all stages of remodeling work. Requirements Proven experience as a remodeling contractor or similar role within the construction or renovation industry. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; relevant certifications are a plus. Capable of assisting with leveling and moving mobile homes or similar large structures. Willingness to travel for extended periods, including overnight stays at various job sites. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks associated with remodeling projects. Valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred.
