This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working around heavy equipment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team. You'll work with equipment throughout our yard, help maintain our facility, support our service team, and play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you take pride in your work, like being outdoors, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Organize and move equipment throughout the yard to maintain a safe, efficient, and professional environment Wash, degrease, and clean heavy equipment Help maintain the appearance and condition of the equipment yard and warehouse Complete general yard maintenance and improvement projects Assist service technicians with equipment and repair-related tasks as needed Safely operate forklifts and other equipment; training can be provided Occasionally drive a company vehicle to pick up or deliver parts and equipment Help prepare and position equipment as operational needs change Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment Work collaboratively with service, parts, sales, and other team members Provide professional and helpful service when interacting with customers Perform other duties as needed to support the team Who Will Thrive Here We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Enjoys hands-on, physical work Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and done right Can work independently and recognize what needs to be done Is comfortable working around trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Works well with others and is willing to jump in and help Understands the importance of safety Can adapt to changing priorities throughout the day Brings a positive, professional attitude to work Experience around heavy equipment, construction, agriculture, automotive, warehouse, landscaping, or similar environments is helpful, but we're also willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
