LOT ATTENDANT

Kitsap Tractor is looking for a dependable lot attendant to help keep our dealership clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that includes equipment handling, assembly, machine preparation, lot maintenance, cleaning, and assisting the sales and service department.

Responsibilities include:

Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts Keep equipment, implements, and the yard clean and organized Prepare sold equipment for delivery, including cleaning, greasing, checking fluids, and basic PDI work Install tractor implements and mower accessories Assemble Land Pride implements and STIHL equipment Pressure wash tractors, excavators, and service items Clean, grease, check fluids and store rental units Assist mechanics and sales staff with general tasks Maintain stock room, showroom, bathrooms, vacuum, sweep and mop Empty garbage and help maintain overall dealership appearance We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather Can safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and equipment Has basic mechanical skills Can work independently and stay productive Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized Has a valid driver's license Equipment, tractor, forklift, construction, landscaping, farming, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working around construction equipment and prefers an active job over sitting behind a desk.
