We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy construction equipment and company trucks. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically skilled, and able to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Mechanic experience with CAT, Link belts, John Deere and various other pieces of heavy-duty construction equipment Mechanic experience with Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks Must be able to pass drug test At least 2+ years of experience or vocational school 2-5 years' experience preferred must be able to multi-task Must have own tools Can lift 50 - 100 pounds Must be reliable and have good attendance Able to work in all weather conditions Must be willing to do light travel Experience in electrical & hydraulic systems Air brake experience Heavy duty & light truck experience CDL preferred or willing to obtain CDL within 6 months of employment Able to troubleshoot & create parts lists needed to do repairs Communication with Shop Supervisor Able to solve problems on your own Ability to work on
