Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dump trucks, to execute construction tasks efficiently Perform mechanical inspections and basic repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation throughout projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks requiring manual handling and precision. Support heavy lifting operations and operate heavy machinery in compliance with safety guidelines during civil infrastructure projects. Requirements Valid CDL license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial trucks is essential. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with FMCSA regulations governing commercial vehicle operation and safety procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols including traffic control in work zones. Experience working with power tools, and other construction-related tools. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship. Prior outdoor work experience in construction or civil infrastructure roles is highly preferred. $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
