(You can see a snapshot of what we do on our website and social media). Faulks Bros. is currently looking to fill a position in our maintenance department. The main responsibilities of this role is to support the Sand & Gravel division by doing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and assist with production change-overs. What others like best about this job is the variety of projects and the mix of both "in shop" and "in the field" assignments. During the summer months the majority of the repairs happen in the field while during the winter months there is more in shop repairs. You'll even get to use your creative side every once in a while to create new equipment (and help turn large trucks and heavy equipment into parade entries!) Preferred candidates will have a background in mechanical work, STRONG welding and metal fabrication experience, electrical, and hydraulic experience. This is a full-time, year-round position. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (Overtime paid after 40 hours). Wage is based on education and experience.
