Job Description

Do you love the outdoors, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with a purpose? Come join our team full-time this harvest season! This position will start out as an hourly opportunity to work harvest but may turn into a full-time salaried position for the right candidate. Work varies greatly throughout the year and never gets boring! We repair much of our own equipment and occasionally even build our own machines. Responsibilities Working in all aspects of growing cranberries including: Fertilizing / Spraying Irrigation / Frost Protection Harvest Winter Flooding Sanding Renovation / Planting Operating tractors and heavy equipment Repair and maintenance on equipment Qualifications Positive attitude and able to be a team player Must be motivated and self-driven Willingness to work outdoors and in any weather Physical ability and able to lift 50+ lbs Mechanical/repair experience Welding experience a plus Heavy equipment experience a plus Prior experience in farming a plus About Us Elm Lake Cranberry is a family-owned/operated cranberry farm that has been growing cranberries since 1901. We have been a member of the Ocean Spray cooperative since 1963 and pride ourselves on being a good member of our community. We function as a close team and do our best to provide a good quality of life for everyone who works here. Continuous improvement and sustainability are critical aspects of our operation.
