Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers! In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Duties Diagnose and repair various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals Perform electrical, refrigeration, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical repairs with precision and safety in mind Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to identify issues accurately Conduct field service visits to customer locations, providing professional troubleshooting and repair solutions Assemble appliances or parts as needed for installation or repair purposes Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience Experience Proven service technician experience in appliance repair Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and assembly processes is highly desirable Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, and mechanical adjustments Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards at all times Join us to leverage your technical skills in a rewarding environment where your expertise makes a real difference!
