Full Job Description Job Title:

Experienced Appliance Repair Technician (1099 Contractor)

We are a small, trusted local appliance repair business serving the community since 2009 with an excellent 4.8-star Google rating .

The Role & Schedule:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position starting immediately . Work is available this week . To start, it will be a few hours a week , with hours increasing as you prove to be a great fit. You will cover Mesa and surrounding areas , or you can claim your own dedicated territory if you live on the outskirts.

Compensation & Parts Workflow:

70% Commission Split to the technician per completed job (30% to the company).

Parts Management:

Technicians are fully responsible for ordering and managing parts. You will collect the upfront parts deposit directly from the customer, use those funds to purchase the parts out-of-pocket, and complete the repair.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven history repairing major residential appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, etc.).

Vehicle & License:

Must have a valid driver's license and your own dependable vehicle .

Tools:

Must have own tools

Insurance:

Must have your own insurance or be willing to obtain it prior to starting work. You must include a cover letter with this application explaining your experience.

Please Note:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role. Technicians handle their own taxes, tools, and transportation, and assume responsibility for their own repair work. A basic subcontractor agreement and active liability insurance (or willingness to get it) are required before taking jobs

$25.11 - $30.24 per hour
