This is a mobile field position, requiring travel to different property communities throughout Phoenix. Technicians will use company vehicles to travel between locations and perform on-site repairs and installations. Our company also has a warehouse and shop where parts, tools, equipment, and appliance inventory are stored, and where repairs can be completed when work cannot be finished on-site. Duties Travel to property communities throughout Phoenix to perform appliance repairs, installations, and maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and other household appliances. Use hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and technical diagrams. Perform electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and basic plumbing-related repairs. Transport parts, appliances, and equipment between properties and the warehouse/shop as needed. Complete repairs at the company shop when necessary. Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory. Communicate professionally with property staff and residents. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications Experience in appliance repair, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to read schematics and use electrical testing equipment. Comfortable working independently at different locations. Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move appliances and equipment as needed.
