We have proudly served South Orange County from the same location since 1970. Our founder, Cesare Del Prato, built our company on hard work, honesty, and exceptional customer service. What We Do We provide:

In-home appliance repair HVAC service, repair, and installation New and open-box appliance sales Our technicians primarily work on residential customer-pay service calls. We service everything from standard household appliances to high-end luxury brands, including Thermador, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Bosch, Miele, GE, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Speed Queen, and many more. We are currently hiring both full-time W-2 employees and experienced subcontractors . Qualifications Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working on residential appliances Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to educate customers on repair and replacement options Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 30+ pounds Professional appearance EPA certification is a plus but not required Meet Your Team Vanessa Cabello

Before joining us, she worked in the service department at an automotive dealership. She now assists with scheduling, answering phones, manufacturer authorizations, customer support, and new and open-box appliance sales to help keep our technicians productive in the field.
