About the Opportunity We're expanding our production test team with three agency temp hires who can step into a fast-paced, high-reliability environment and help validate advanced RF and microwave components for aerospace, defense, communications, radar, space, electronic warfare, and UAV applications. Strong performers will have the opportunity for long-term employment based on business needs. Your Impact Tune, align, and troubleshoot microwave components, subsystems, and assemblies Perform preliminary checks, pulse focusing, and environmental testing on production units Assemble/disassemble tubes to evaluate and repair returned TWTs Operate and verify: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters Collaborate with engineers on root-cause analysis and new product releases Create clear test records and deliver daily status updates Hit production schedules while upholding quality and compliance requirements Must-Have Qualifications Hands-on electrical/electronic testing in a manufacturing or lab environment Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters Solid grasp of Ohm's Law and foundational electronics theory Strong attention to detail and effective communication Technical Associate degree or equivalent military electronics training U.S. Citizen; eligible for a D.O.D. security clearance Nice to Have RF/microwave testing background Schedule & Pay Day shift start between 6:00-7:00
