Duties Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes efficiently Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers, microwaves, ice makers and other similar appliances with precision and attention to detail Install new appliances following manufacturer specifications and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment's to complete repair and installation effectively. Read and interpret electrical wiring diagram and mechanical schematics to identify faults accurately. Communicate clearly with customers about repair process and timeliness Excellent customer service Operate company vehicle safely for the service calls while adhering all traffic laws and company policies Requirements At least 2 years of experience as an appliance repair technician Strong mechanical knowledge Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, electrical testers and other maintenance equipments Experience with appliance installation and assembly across various brands and models Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical manual accurately Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely; clean driving record preferable Physical ability to lift heavy appliance safely and work in confined or evaluated space as needed Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls efficiently This works requires a lot of travelling Join us as an Appliance Repair Technician where your technical expertise meets outstanding customer care!
