Responsibilities Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes efficiently. Perform repairs on appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves , ice makers and other similar appliances with precision and attention to detail. Install new appliances and equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment to complete repairs and installations effectively. Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics to identify faults accurately Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes and timelines Excellent customer service Operate company vehicles safely for and service calls while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as an appliance repair technician Strong mechanical knowledge Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, electrical testers, and other maintenance equipment. Experience with appliance installation and assembly across various brands and models. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Ability to read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles ; clean driving record preferred.
