Duties Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes quickly. Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers with precision and care. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment repair techniques to maintain optimal appliance operation. Conduct routine maintenance on appliances and related systems to prevent future failures and extend equipment lifespan. Operate company vehicles safely for service calls while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Provide outstanding customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, and troubleshooting using schematics and electrical diagrams. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including wiring, refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and equipment troubleshooting. Familiarity with the use of ladder use for access purposes and the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical work related to household appliances is highly desirable. Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining a valid driver's license; delivery driver experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude; ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers. Physical ability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, or reaching for extended periods.
